Yes — that clear tape or plastic you see around the motors is just factory packaging. It’s there to protect the motors during shipping and should be removed before you ride.

If it’s still on, feel free to peel it off.

If it came off while riding, no stress — it doesn’t offer any ongoing protection and isn’t meant to stay on.
