We ship boards across the United States and Canada from our North American Distribution Centre.

Processing times

• In-stock orders: Ship within 1–2 business days

• Custom Board Builder orders: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days

• Pre-orders: Ship based on the estimated date at the time of purchase. These dates are subject to change, and you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.

Shipping method and delivery times

All electric skateboards ship as Hazmat (Dangerous Goods), which can affect delivery timeframes:

• Expedited shipping is not guaranteed by FedEx or UPS for Hazmat shipments. If your expedited order is delayed, we cannot refund the shipping cost.

• Transit times vary by location. Standard ground shipping typically takes between 2–7 business days once dispatched.

Cutoff times for same-day dispatch

• FedEx & UPS: 2:00 PM ET

• USPS: 9:00 AM ET

  Orders placed after these times will ship the next business day.

Special locations

• Canada: Boards ship via FedEx Express only. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are collected at checkout.

• Mexico: We’re currently unable to ship skateboards to Mexico.

• APO/FPO: We can ship accessories, but not complete boards to APO/FPO addresses. Contact our HQ in Australia at [email protected] for options.

• Other international orders: Visit our International Distributors page or email [email protected].
